We want you to be completely satisfied with your PCA SKIN purchase; if a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note that only items purchased directly from our official website are eligible for processing through this portal.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging, ensuring the caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
